GENERAL
All questions are made and orders accepted subject to these conditions and no additions and alterations shall apply unless specifically agreed in writing with the company , (The Studio Partnership Ltd ) .
The buyer. no binding contract shall be created until the company has indicated its acceptance of an order in writing or by making delivery or part of delivery of the goods.
CARRIAGE CHARGES
Orders for the Studio Partnership Ltd products are subject to a minimum invoice value of £50.00 net.And are subjected to a £6.99 +vat carriage charge. orders over £150.00 net will be sent carriage paid,
BACK ORDERS
We do not do back orders unless it is agreed with us and by us on the time of your order to us.
TERMS OF PAYMENT.
On all new accounts opened by us we ask for payment over the telephone before the order leaves the warehouse. All accounts can then be sent a invoice after they have traded with us for 6 months or longer , where by payment is strictly 30 days end of month .
VAT
VAT is on all the products and will be charged at 20%
CLAIMS  AND DAMAGES
CLAIMS of damages must be made in writing to the company > The Studio Partnership Ltd  within 3 working days after receiving your order.
Our preferred method of ordering is via our website www.decopatch.co.uk But you may email us your order quoting the reference numbers of the products you require and the correct quaintly . You can also order over the telephone.
If you receive your order and a mistake has been made by us we will credit the amount  off your account and pay for the return of the products . However if you have made a mistake it is then up to you to return the products back to us at your cost . We will then credit your account upon us receiving the goods back to us,


We do not do any sale or returns  o
We Endeavour to get your order out by next day delivery if your order is placed by 12 noon Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday unless exceptional circumstances stop us from doing so ,. We do not send out orders on a Monday or a Friday .
We may amend the terms and conditions from time to time..

Prices on the site may change from time to time. if we are updating the site when you place an order and a  price is changed we will contact you to sate the new price .
